The property is located in a well-sized village right on the main road leading from Sofia to Blagoevgrad and then Sandanski and the Greek border. The village takes part of Radomir municipality, Pernik district. It has around 600 inhabitants and is very well developed with good infrastructure and easy access through out the whole year due to the new built highway which passes right near.
