Bulgaria is the cheapest place to buy a villa

British media "Daily Mail" has published a survey of the property market, ranking Bulgaria, Turkey and Greece as the cheapest holiday properties. The report advises British citizens who want to buy a villa abroad to look for it there. The survey states that for 91,000 British pounds a good property can be bought on average along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. An example is a villa in Bourgas, with price of £ 109,717 is described as quite similar to what is available in the world for much larger amounts.

Traditionally, Britons prefer to buy property in Spain or France, but the “Daily Mail” advises us to consider our country as well. The price available in Turkey is about 104,225 pounds now, and Greece - 118,921 pounds. The most expensive destinations to buy a holiday home are Monaco, Switzerland and Belgium.
