The house is located 1 km from Nova zagora, on the way to the town of Yambol, 1.5 km from the Trakiya highway. It consists of two stories and full size basement with garage. First floor comprises an open plan- kitchen, dining room and living room, two entrances, bedroom and a bathroom. All this has an area of 100 sq m. The second floor consists of a master bedroom with large walking closet, bathroom and an office with access to a 40 sq m veranda.
The roof- shingles are done in 2006 and there is 20 cm of blow-in insulation, walls- gypsum board with 6- 8 cm of blow- in cellulose insulation. All windows and doors are PVC salamander, floors- laminate, kitchen, dining room and veranda upstairs- terracotta. The connection between first and second floors is through inside open stairs. The house was built in 1997. It is made from stone base, solid brick walls and solid concrete between floors. You can enter the basement from the yard and it has a metal aluminum door.
The property sits on 800 sq m corner lot, which is fenced, has fruit trees, grape vine, and the bus stop is practically attached to the lot. The house comes furnished with all hard wood furniture, two genuine leather couches, kitchen fully equipped with side by side fridge with water and ice, double stainless steel sink with food disposal, granite counter tops and 36 inch cook stove. (everything was imported from USA, except the granite). The house has all communications needed as phone, satellite TV equipment, and high speed internet antenna. There is SOD alarm system which is active at the moment. The whole house has a central air and heat duct system.
All roads are paved. The village has a medical center, groceries stores, and public transportation. A big fishing lake is nearby and from the balcony there is a gorgeous view of the mountains.
