The house is located 1 km from Nova zagora, on the way to the town of Yambol, 1.5 km from the Trakiya highway. It consists of two stories and full size basement with garage. First floor comprises an open plan- kitchen, dining room and living room, two entrances, bedroom and a bathroom. All this has an area of 100 sq m. The second floor consists of a master bedroom with large walking closet, bathroom and an office with access to a 40 sq m veranda.

The roof- shingles are done in 2006 and there is 20 cm of blow-in insulation, walls- gypsum board with 6- 8 cm of blow- in cellulose insulation.
