The house was built in 1947 year and was fully renovated in 2008. There have been made major roof repairs, complete replacement of the plumbing and electrical installations, new plaster of each rooms, all floors and ceilings were replaced with new natural wood, new wooden staircase is now connecting the two floors.
The house consists of two floors each 50 square meters. The living area is distributed between 4 bedrooms, 1 living room with kitchen and tavern, and 1 bathroom. The second floor has a small balcony. It has a central heating with fireplace with radiators. The yard is about 2000 sq m. It is covered with grass and there are few fruit trees.
The village is located about 14 km from Montana, about 30 km. from the town of Vratsa, 140 km from Sofia, about 15 km from Varshets (resort town with spa and pools) around 20 km from the town of Berkowitsa (small ski resort).
