The property is located in a large village in north-western Bulgaria near Lom and the river of Danube.
The village takes part of Yakimovo municipality, Montana district. It is 15 km from the town of Lom and the Danube River. The town of Montana is 40 km away. The village has a population of around 1000 inhabitants. It is very well developed with all necessary amenities and communications.
The house has a yard with size 1450 sq m which includes a vineyard, fruit garden and many trees. The water is from a well with an electrical pump, 30 meters deep. It doesn't ever run off. The house is one story with total living area of 90 sq m. It consists of a large bedroom, smaller bedroom with two beds and a fireplace, living room, summer kitchen with fireplace.
