The house is situated in a village in southern Bulgaria, included in Ivaylovgrad municipality, Haskovo region.
The village is located in the southeastern prats of the Rhodopes mountain, 3 km west of the Bulgarian-Greek border, 6 km south of Ivaylovgrad, 60 km east of Krumovgrad and about 120 km southeast of Haskovo.
The offered house consists of one floor and a basement under it. The residential floor comprises of a large L-shaped corridor with a sink at the end and three different sized rooms. There is also an additional large room adjacent to the main building, which is used for living. The bathroom and toilet are external.
The total living area of the whole property is 60 sq m. The size of the garden is 350 sq m. In the yard there is a well. There is water supply and sewerage.
The village is extremely quiet. The house is habitable, but needs renovation.
