The below advertised rural property is located in north-central Bulgaria, in Veliko Tarnovo region.
The village lies just 9 km southwest of Polski Trambesh, 34 km north of Veliko Tarnovo, 80 km southwest of Ruse and 240 km northeast from Sofia. The climate in the area is characterized with warm summers and cold winters. There are regular bus and railroad to Polski Trambesh and other nearby towns.
