The house is situated in southeastern Bulgaria, in Sozopol municipality. It lies on the main road leading from Burgas to Turkey. The distance to the district center Burgas is 31 km. The house is only 200 meters from a shop. It has the following distribution of the rooms:
- Ground floor - tavern, kitchen and a closet.
- Second floor - 3 small rooms and a small bathroom / toilet /.
- Third floor - attic with sloped ceilings consisting of 1 room.
The house has a garage and another room above the garage. The yard is cultivated with fruit trees, a small vineyard and there is a well. The house is empty of old furniture. It need refreshment and minor repairs.
The heating is local - fireplace on the first floor. The windows on the second floor are replaced. There is thermal insulation, electricity and water.
The village is 20 minutes away from Burgas and has shops, cafes and a pub.
