Old house with a large yard with additional old farm buildings.
The house is located in a nice village about, 12 km from the town of Pazardzhik. The house is brick built, with joists roof and has two floors. On the 1st floor there is a kitchen (relatively large), a corridor and a basement. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms and a corridor.
Adjacent to the house there is a separate summer kitchen with consisting of a large bedroom and a corridor-kitchen. This building requires major renovations.
In the yard there are 2 huge sheds, a large barn for animals, a solid concrete garage + summer bathroom (not functioning at the moment, but there is electricity and water inside).
The arable area is about 700 square meters and there is a front yard of about 250 square meters. The house has electricity and water.
The house is located on the main road Pazardzhik - St. Constantine and Helena.
