Boutique house with full southern exposure located at the outskirts of Veliko Tarnovo. Its total living area is 200 sq m, offering unique interior design and a beautiful yard of 800 sq m.
The house is new construction - received act 16 in 2013. The heating is local. The house is fitted with a 200-liter boiler and very good external insulation. There are two floors in total, with the following layout:
First floor - spacious living room with a large fireplace with hand-decorated ceramic tiles, a kitchen with a dining area and a large pantry with a refrigerator and shelves for storing products. The living room has direct access to the garden. On the first floor, there is also a separate studio/office with a transition to the boiler room and a bathroom with toilet. The first and the second floors are connected via an internal staircase.
On the second floor, there are four bedrooms. One has its own bathroom and a small living room with a balcony to it. Separately, there is a second bathroom and a laundry room.
The furniture in the house is custom made to fit the premises, and with unique artistic decorations. The bathrooms are also decorated with hand-painted ceramic tiles. The floorings are laid with laminate in the bedrooms and granite tiles in the rest.
The yard is beautifully landscaped. There are flowers, shrubs and ryegrass and there are fruit trees as well - 3 apples, 2 plums, 1 cherry and 2 peaches, 3 vines, hazelnut. There is also a huge 100-year-old walnut tree. Under the walnut, there is a BBQ fire pit, a shed with a relaxation area and an outside dining area with a large table.
The house is situated only 4 km from Veliko Tarnovo, by the main Sofia-Varna road. The village is well developed, with many young people living in it. There are grocery stores and restaurants, fast and reliable internet, regular public transport to Veliko Tarnovo. The house is located in the quiet part of the village, near the river Yantra and has year-round easy access.
