The property is located in a beautiful village just about 12 km from the seaside and one of the most famous sea resorts on the south Bulgarian Seaside- Tzarevo. The famous river of Veleka passes just by the village. There are many natural reserves in the area which is one of the most preferable for vacations and rural tourism areas. The distance to the city of Bourgas where the International Airport is located is 85 km on the main road that passes by the Sea.
