The house is located in a vacation area, 1 km away from a village in Vidin district. It is about 50 km from Vidin and 18 km from the municipal center Dimovo.
The area is known for its fertile soil and favorable climate. It is only at 11 km from the incredible Belogradchik rocks, 4 km away from one of the most beautiful caves in Europe - the Venetsa. The biggest cave in Bulgaria - Magura is 20 km away.
The house has two floors: First floor - living room with fireplace, kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and bidet. On the second floor - two bedrooms with a large terrace.
The property has an alarm system, own water supply provided by well with pump (year-round water flow).
In the yard, there is a vineyard with a variety of dessert and wine grapes. There are fruit trees and various kinds of flowers. A stone parking lot is also built next to the front gate.
