The cabin is located near Velingrad - 22 km away. You can get there via the main road Velingrad – Sarnitsa. The last 3 km are a through a well-maintained dirt road. The wood cabin is supplied with electricity and spring water.
Its built area is about 125 sq m. The plot is 800 sq m. The overall condition of the house is very good. It is fully livable. The year of construction is 2010.
