The house is located only 9 km from the town of Gabrovo in the direction to Veliko Tarnovo. The place is nice, with no crime, with only Bulgarian population. Unlike many other villages in the Gabrovo region, this settlement has water all year round!
The house consists of two bathrooms, two living rooms, two bedrooms, one kitchen and a large closet. The total living area is 220 sq m, distributed between two floors.
The property also includes three brick garages, each with size 30 sq m. There is an additional farm building of 36 sq m and a barbeque with a shed of 60 sq m. The property is supplied with electricity and water.
The village has bus transport to Gabrovo three times a day.
