The complex is a modern three-storey high building with elevators and own park, located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

The apartments will be equipped with Internet and cable television and will also be gas supplied. At the disposal of the owners there would be an underground parking lot with a capacity of 20 parking spaces. The price of the parking spaces is subject to additional agreement and will be paid separately from the price of the apartments.

Upon request from the clients the apartments could be sold completely furnished. As an additional option we offer property management while the owners are away. After the complex is finished it will be a guarded area.

Terms of payment is:

70% with the completion of frame and brickwork

20% with the completion of plastering, water and electricity services

10% with the title
