Mineral waters in the municipality are a huge invaluable natural wealth. The flat relief and the low altitude have been reflected in the low eyeprogenic elevation, which approaches the lower water levels to the upper ones.
In May 1970, Thermomineral waters of hyperthermal origin were discovered near Polski Trambesh near the May 1st Mechanical Plant. The water horizon began at 750 m at a depth of 1515 m. Using a powerful compressor the water was ejected to the surface of 25 The temperature is between 44-47 ° C. The flow of mineral water is 50-60 liters per second, compared to 43 liters in the famous spa resorts Hissarya, Kyustendil and Bankya taken together. This quantitative indicators are the most the largest water-treatment complex in Miz yskata platform of Central North Bulgaria.
According to data from the world famous Louis Pasteur Institute in France, mineral waters have valuable healing properties and have proven the diverse mineral content of bromine, potassium, sodium, calcium, chlorine, magnesium, iron, manganese, lithium, barium, traces of strontium and etc. The total mineralization is 3.3-5.7 g per liter of water The chemical composition competes with the most famous thermal mineral springs at Karlovy Vary and Yachimov in the Czech massif, Hargita in the Carpathians, Bad Gastein in the Alps, Vichy in the Central French Massif, Budapest and others.
The alkaline nature of the water (pH -7.7) has a prestigious therapeutic and prophylactic effect and an advantage for the most extensive use.

The temperature of the water is over 43 ° with a slight alkaline reaction. It has very good mineralization and is preferred for a number of diseases of the peripheral nervous system, gynecological disorders, strengthening of the immune system and others.
