Greek Firm To Build Logistic Park In Sofia

Greek company Alpha Grissin plans to build a logistic park in Sofia's Vruzhdebna district, in the vicinity of Sofia international airport, company representatives have said.The project will emerge on a 28 000 sq m plot owned by the firm's Bulgarian unit, Alpha Grissin Imoti, and will have a built-up area of some 29 000 sq m.Construction is due to begin next year.No further financial details were immediately available.The centre would offer storage and processing space and will have temperature and humidity regulation equipment and telecommunications systems, among others. Alpha Grissin is developing a five million euro multi-task project in Sofia's Studentski Grad district. It has another logistic project outside Sofia and several housing buildings.
