Bulgaria Among The Most Attractive Places For Outsourcing

The low expenses of the companies and the improvement of the quality of the work force appear to be the most important factors when it comes to business outsourcing. This is the conclusion of the experts from "A.T. Kearny" consultant company. In the last report of the organization devoted to the most attractive destinations for outsourcing, it is stated that China, India and Malaysia preserve their leading positions in this field. The countries from Eastern Europe, however, also succeed in attracting foreign companies.Bulgaria for example, holds the 13th place in the ranking. The new EU members in which the business expenses are less, are the new "stars" in the outsourcing, explain experts from A.T. Kearny. "Bulgaria should make use of its advantage in the region", comments the vice-president of A.T. Kearny Jan Van der Oord. Because of the crisis this wont' be easy but Bulgaria has better positions than most of the countries in the region, believes also Van der Oord. In order to attract more companies, we should preserve the low expenses and develop additional set of services, advise the consultants.Bulgaria, however, has a serious competition in the face of the Baltic republics. Lithuania marks a serious growth in this year's ranking and holds the 21st place. In the country service centers have been opened offering services in English, Russian, Polish, German and Scandinavian languages. Already over 3 thousand Lithuanians work in this field.Poland, Czech republics, Hungary and Slovakia, however, are not so attractive for the foreign companies. The reason is the fast growth of the business expenses, result of the growth of salaries and the high value of the national currencies compared to the US dollar. In the same time many countries from Asia and the Middle East mark a serious climbing up in the ranking because of improving the quality of work force. For analysis of the situation in the separate states, the company "A.T. Kearny" uses a specially created index - GSLI (Global Services Location Index). Every year 50 countries take part in the ranking and the main points that are tracked are the offering of IT services and the service centers.
