The green areas in Panichishte - minimum 40 percent

The new building plan allows 40 percent of the Rila resort Panichishte to be green areas, announced the mayor of Sapareva Bania - Sasho Ivanov.

Investors are need who will preserve the nature and because of this in the competitions the conditions are with low parameters of building.

There are about 10 hotels in the resort. Obligatory condition is that their height is not more than the height of the pine trees.

The investors share the idea of the municipality to do not overdevelop the resort, sais Ivanov. The plots on which the hotel complexes are built are no more than 30 % built up.

We managed to hold the pressure during the times of the big boom and now we have an ideal opportunity to create a first class resort says the mayor.

The first step was to approve the new plans and the arrangement schemes. Now the resort is being separated in parcels, new sport facilities are being developed.
