Russians looking for properties for permanent residence in Bulgaria

Over 25% of Russians who buy holiday property in Bulgaria wish to live in it permanently. Those who did buy at this stage only for their summer vacation, also plan to live in our country after retirement and are interested in opportunities for year round use of facilities. This became clear after this year's exhibition of holiday properties in Moscow, said experts in real estate.
