Office tenants have more positive expectations in the new year

Office tenants have more positive attitudes in terms of business prospects in the new year than at the beginning of 2010. This survey shows Colliers International, recently conducted among over 5000 subscriber's newsletter for office space, released by the consulting company.

The study by Colliers International indicates that the percentage of business that have negative expectations, has fallen from 56% in May to just 11% in November 2010 Almost all companies surveyed (95%) expect to maintain or even increase the number their employees during the first half of 2011, and only 5% plan staff cuts.
