Most agricultural land around Sofia

There is no doubt that the hit on the real estate market in Bulgaria is the agricultural land. A real prove of this is the recent deal for 10 million euro for renting of 2000 acres by the Chinese state company " Tyandzhin Agrobusiness company".

The expectations are that in 2012 the interest to buying and renting agricultural land will continue and will grow. How many deals and at what prices will the deals be, depends on what lands will be available on the market. Besides Sofia area, there is good market for agricultural land in the areas of Plovdiv and Pernik. At the moment on the free market, according to official date, for sale are available about 357 separate lands in rge area of Plovdiv and 232 in the area of Pernik. In the capital their number is 562. On the fourth and fifth position are Bourgas and Varna with about 140 lands each. Dobrich, which is one of the most preferred areas for buying agricultural land is at 7th place for offering lands for sale with about 100 plots for sale.

In some areas of Bulgaria it is almost impossible to buy agricultural land. Some of these areas are the districts of Vratsa, Montana, Vidin and Razgrad.
