Mall In Bulgarias Plovdiv Signs Agreements With First Tenants

During a ceremony on February 20, Mall of Plovdiv signed agreements with the companies that decided to rent space in it.

Plovdiv mayor Ivan Chomakov attended the event, Bulgarian news agency BTA reported.

Agreements with international cinema company Cinema City, supermarket chain Piccadilly, store chain TechnoMarket and restaurant chain Happy were endorsed.

Mall of Plovdiv spreads on an area of 22 000 sq m and investment in the project exceeds 45 million euro.

The project is expected to open 1000 work places upon completion.

More than half of the available trade areas have already been rented, BTA reported.
