In which villages in Bulgaria houses are most wanted?

According to real estate site research, Lozenets, Sinemorec and Rezovo in region Bourgas are the three villages, in which buyers aim to buy houses this summer.

Owners of properties in Lozenets used the popularity of the area and the prices of the offered houses reach to 1000 EUR per sq.m.

Almost all of the offers are for new houses. Similar is the situation in Sinemorets, which during the booming market became attractive to investors, especially to Germans.

The villages of Zvezditca, Bliznatci and Priseltci are most preferred for buying a home in the northern Black Sea cost. Now in Zvezdica which is 10 km away from the seashore are selling over 50 houses. The average price is around 550 EUR per sq.m. One of the cheapest property is worth 34 000 EUR. For this amount the buyer receive an old house with area of 60 sq.m. and a yard of 800 sq.m.

For a new building with area of 115 sq.m. and a yard of 350 sq.m, the price is 57 000 Eur. Over 130 houses in Bliznatci village are offered for the average price of 630 EUR per sq.m. Prices start from 35 000 EUR, for this price the buyer could buy a house with area of 110 sq.m.

According to the research the interest of the buyers willing to buy a house in the northern Black Sea cost has radically changed. If in July this year the greatest demand is in Zveditca, Bliznatci and Priseltci villages, in the same month of 2012 the buyers have been looking for houses mostly in Topoli and Konstantinovo villages.
