Growing demand for property on the south coast

The number of property sales on the Bulgarian south coast has risen by 40% in the first three months of 2011 compared to the last three of 2010, while interest in resorts near Varna decreased.

Interest in summer resorts in Bulgaria remains high and there are realized the most sales outside the capital Sofia.

The main southern coast sales are realized in Sunny Beach - fully furnished and with a total budget ranged between 30,000 and 90,000 euros.
