Greek press: Bulgaria offers good opportunities for property investment

Bulgarian property market still offers good investment opportunities, says Greek edition Imerisia.

Although it was hit by the crisis, the Bulgarian market, along with those in Albania and Serbia managed to maintain, although to some extent, the interest of foreign capital that came into these countries for development projects and generate delicious yield that they offer.

Quoted Panos Danos, President of the Association of evaluators and consultants for property in Greece (SESAE) and CEO of consulting firm Danos, part of a group of BNP Paribas Real Estate, who advises investors to make a thorough market analysis, to which interested to avoid wrong moves.
