Dwellings with parking spaces will become more expensive

Tends prices of apartments with parking lots or garages in downtown Sofia to rise in 2011, analysts said.

One major reason is that most of the city center is now "Blue Zone", which will expand and become more expensive in the future.

Trouble is already parking in the suburbs of the city, due to faster population growth of capital and significantly increased traffic to the car.

Parking spaces are sold at prices from 5000 to € 14,000 depending on location and status, but compared to paying monthly subscription fee or for private parking, the purchase of such property with would be a sensible solution.

In the future parking lot or garage to the property will be a requirement for purchase, and their prices will inevitably rise, which makes these properties a very good investment.
