Bulgaria's Thracian treasures to be shown in the Louvre

From April 15 to July 20, 2015 Bulgaria will exhibit its Thracian treasures in the French Louvre, Standart daily reports.

Four halls in the world famous museum will accommodate 325 exponents from the Thracian treasures of Panagyurishte, Rogozen, Borovo, Sveshtari, Letnitsa and Duvanlii, as well as ceramic and bronze vessels and coins.

The exposition is called “Antique Thrace. The Odrysian Kingdom and its neighbors. Archaeological treasures from Bulgarian museums.”

The management of the Louvre expects the exposition to be visited by 4 million tourists from all over the world.
