30unit Residential Housing Complex In Bata Village Under Construction

Seven Hills Ltd will invest in the construction of a new compound, comprising 30 residential buildings in Zhitnitsa locality in the village of Bata , Pomorie municipality, Property Xpress reported.
 
The village lies 24 km west of the Nessebur resort in the eastern slopes of the Aitos mountain.

The information was published as an investment intention in the local Bourgas dnes i utre (Bourgas – today and tomorrow) newspaper.
