This lovely house is situated in a picturesque village 70 km away from the capital. The place is surrounded by charming nature and the atmosphere is really indescribable! A river passes along the settlement. The green hills of Stara Planina mountain protects the village from the four winds.
The town of Etropole is only 7 km away from the place. The village has shops, cafes, a church post office and all you may need. The area is extremely proper for fishing and hunting. If you like hiking – this is your place!
The house is two-storey with a basement that can be used as living area if needed. The total living area, not counting the basement is 220 sq.m. Both floors have a corridor and three spacious rooms! Each floor has a toilet and a bathroom. The house has two separate entrances and a inner staircase which connects the floors. The second floor there is a terrace overlooking the nearest forest.
