This is an offer for a large old edifice that used to be a school. It is situated in a village some 20 km away from the town of Elhovo. If you want to start your own hotel business in the rural countryside of Bulgaria we recommend you this district.
There are many reasons to prefer it. First of all it is not a densely populated area that means it allows better conditions for relaxation close to the nature and away from the crowded sea resorts. The village is nice and tranquil.
It is situated at the foot of the Strandzha Mountain – famous for its natural park – wonderful place for tourism. The area is some 80 kilometers from the seaside with wonderful opportunities for fishing and hunting. Boating is also possible in the artificial lake of Malko Sharkovo which is near the village and in the river Tundzha.
The school is two storey with twelve rooms on each floor and a big basement. The edifice is not in good condition as it has not been maintained for years. It needs some plastering and rendering outside but is well supplied with running water, electricity, telephone line and central heating.
The toilet is outside but there is a possibility to make inner ones. The yard is vast – the whole 15000 sq.m! Have you imagined such big yard. Furthermore it is in good condition if you have in mind that the property is uninhabited for a long time.
