This house is situated in a quiet village near by the city of Targovishte. It needs refreshment and improvements, but it will not cost you much.
The living area is 60 sq.m., distributed between 2 floors. Next to the house there is an outbuilding (70 sq.m.), which can be used for different purposes. There are a lot of flowers and fruit-trees in the garden. An old trellis vine grows in front of the house. The property includes also a huge plot of land with an area of 3 000 sq.m. without any buildings. Its use depends on your preferences.
The beautiful nature of the great Stara Planina mountain is charming. The fresh air and the picturesque mountain views will make your stay here just pleasure. Fishing and hunting are allowed. There are also good conditions for tourism.
The region is well organized. Nearby the village passes the highway Sofia - Varna. There are a lot of interesting places in the near area, where you can go sightseeing or just go for a walk.
