This is a traditional rural house situated in a big village at thee foot of the Stara Planina Mountain. The village is 35 km from the town of Shumen and 10 km from the historical Veliki Preslav. The settlement has almost 1300 permanent residents and it’s well organized. There are two groceries, school, renovated church and regular transport to Shumen. The International Airport of Varna is approximately 100 km away.
The property we suggest you lies at the end of the village. The house is one storey with two bedrooms, kitchen and a basement. The total living area is 60 sq m. As it hasn’t been inhabited for a while the building needs renovation to become livable. Inner bathroom and toilet should be built too. Next to the house there is a big farm structure of 100 sq m. The garden is 1040 sq m and part of it is a vineyard. The well in the garden could be used for irrigation.
