This nice house, situated at the foot of Stara Planina mountain can be yours at rather reasonable price! The building is brick built and solid. It needs just a little refreshment. The living area is 100 sq.m., distributed between 2 floors. There are seven rooms and a basement.
The property includes an additional building as well (60 sq.m.). It can be used for different purposes according to your preferences. The garden is huge – 2000 sq.m. There you can build whatever you want or grow a beautiful garden. It depends on your needs.
The region has well developed infrastructure. The highway Sofia - Varna is 1 kilometer away from the village. It will take you about an hour to get to the Black sea coast.
The capitol Sofia is 400 km away from Targovishte. It is not too far as well. There are good conditions for hunting, fishing and tourism. Nearby the village there is Yastrebino Lake.
