Evromarket To Invest 160m Euro In Eight Industrialcommercial Parks 21/04/2008
Evromarket Group plans to invest 160 million euro in eight industrial-commercial parks that would be built over the next two years, Dnevnik daily reported on April 18 2008. Work on the first project, in Plovdiv, will start this summer, the company said. It will cost 20 million euro to build and will have a built-up area of 50 000 sq m. Industrial-commercial parks are mixed-use developments with office bulidings, warehouses, stores and exhibition spaces. Evromarket plans to build parks with a built-up area of between 30 000 and 100 000 sq m. "It's a new concept for the Bulgarian market. The idea is for every customer to have an office, a show-room and a warehouse, all in one place," the company said. Bulgarian Real Estate Fund Reitsofia Sells Office Premises For 20.9m Euro 10/03/2008
Investment vehicle Bulgarian Real Estate Fund (BREF) REIT-Sofia said on February 5 it sold the open air parking lot and the office premises that are part of the large-scale Kambanite Business Centre project to Navigator Business Centre Ltd The business centre, located along Sofia's ring road, lies opposite of Business Park Sofia is still under construction, but is due to be completed by the end of this year. The office spaces have a gross actual area of 15 809 sq m. The value of the deal is 20.9 million euro, without VAT, BREF said in a statement to the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, where it is listed.
