We bring to your attention this large, three-story house with a total living area of 175 sq m. The house is solid construction – brick walls and concrete slabs and columns. The house was built in 1995.
The property is situated in a quiet village just 60-65 km from Sofia. It sits on an asphalt street with fast access at any time of the year. The house has electricity and water. There is also a separate well. The yard is 350 square meters, surrounded by a solid stone fence.
Distribution of the rooms inside the house:
- First floor - large living room, a kitchen and a large cellar that can become a bathroom with a toilet.
- Second floor - four rooms of the same size and a terrace.
