The house is located in the town of Tryavna, in a quiet neighborhood and close to the forest.
The house is two-storey, having total living area of 116 sq m and built on a plot of land with size 240 sq m. In front of the house there is a possibility for building two garages. In the yard there are two cherries, an apple and much opportunities to plant other crops. There is also a small farmhouse (for animal breeding, etc.).

Ground floor - entrance hall, laundry room, toilet.
First floor - kitchen, small living room, closet.
Second floor - three bedrooms.
