The settlement is 115 km away from Varna and 25 km from Shoumen. The population is entirely Bulgarian. The region is suitable for fishing because the river Kamchiya passes by it. There is a church, medical service, community center and post office in the village.

It is a two-storey one with a besement. The living area is 75 sq m and the garden-2500 sq m. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and a sitting-room on the second one. The property is old but after necessary renovation it will become the perfect place for living. The village is very close to a forest and the place is suitable for hunting there. The house has a beautiful view of the mountain and the near valley.
