The house is situated in north-western Bulgaria, about 10 km south from the town of Lom and the Danube River.
It is in overall good condition, with solid wooden floors, good windows too. The construction is brick, on one floor. The house consists of 4 rooms and a glazed entrance hall. There is no bathroom and water inside the building. Under the house there is a basement.
Adjacent to the house in the yard there is a shed and a fountain. The yard is around 1000 sq m, with a large gate (entrance for a car). In the yard there are also three additional buildings - a barn, a pigsty (brick built, suitable for a garage) and an outside toilet.
The property is supplied with electricity, telephone and water.
The house is 500 m from the center of the village.
