The property is located in a village in Stara Planina. The settlement is part of Elena municipality, Veliko Turnovo district.
The house is located at the end of the village. The nearest house is about 250 meters away. This is a great place for relaxation and rest, with great views of the Pre-Balkans. The property consists of a large yard, a two-story house, a barn and other farm outbuildings.
