This is a splendid countryside property located in Dobrich district. The house is set in a small and peaceful village just 32 km south-west from Dobrich and 69 km from the sea resort Albena.
The property is built on a plot with size 1600 square meters. The house itself has a living area of 80 sq m distributed on one floor. It consists of a hallway, kitchen and two large rooms facing east and west. There is also a basement of 40 sq m. Right now there is no inside bathroom, but half of the hallway can be separated and make one.
In the yard there is a well with clean water and three additional outbuildings with total area of 70 sq m. There is also much greenery and fruit trees – vines, two walnuts, five prunes, two cherries, two pears, peach, three cornels and an apple.
The property is fenced from all sides. It faces an asphalted road by 27 meters. The house is in the central part of the village.
