The house is located in а picturesque village nestled at the foot of the Dryanovo Mountain. English-speaking people mostly inhabit this village and the majority of the houses have been restored. The property is accessed by a new asphalted road and the access is convenient throughout the whole year. The village is located only 17 km from Veliko Tarnovo and about 10 from Gabrovo.
