The house is a one-storey, solid building with two non-transitional rooms, a large corridor and a glazed terrace with a veranda. It has southern exposure. There is also a basement, an attic and a garage with a canal. The basement comprises of a large corridor leading to a large room and the garage, and also a toilet / bathroom and a storage room. The connection between the residential floor and the basement is external.
The house, the roof, the concrete slab on the terrace and the garage are in need of repair. The electricity and water batches acre currently off.
The yard is shared with the neighboring house (occupied by two young families).
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful! There is an elite school near the property!
