The property is located on the main road Sliven-Elena, about 8 km from the town of Elena.
The yard is accessed via a large gate. The parcel is completely flat. To the west the property borders a river. On its east side there is a street that takes you directly to a beautiful Monastery (in less than a minute). There is a lot of history in the house. The owners were the richest people in the village at the time.
