This beautiful old house is located in one of the most famous and historical villages in Bulgaria, province of Shumen, in the western foot of the Madara`s plateau, 15km eastern from Shumen. It has 1705 inhabitants. Grain and industrial crops are grown in the area. Just a few km eastern from the village is located the national historical and archaeological preserve “Madara”. Archaeological finds from the neolith: Thracian village, Roman country house, and a stronghold (2-5 century), ancient Bulgarian palace compound, sanctuaries (shrines), churches and monasteries, stronghold facilities. It is a religious centre during the first Bulgarian realm; rocky monastery (12-14 century). The house is quite old but very well preserved and needs little investment to become livable for its new owners. There are two floors and each one has 3 rooms. There is an additional building outside where the bathroom is. The Sea, Varna and the nearest International Airport are 50 km far from the village. The house is surrounded by a massive fencing. The advantage of the house is the huge yard- 3000 sq m. The total living area of the house is 100 sq m. The village and the area take very important place in the long – aged history of Bulgaria. All monuments around are straight connected with the way of living, culture and religion of the Bulgarians. During centuries the area has been spiritual centre of heretic and Christian Bulgaria.Today in the village has 1600 people population, Bulgarian inhabitants. Last British Tourists To Arrive In Pamporovo April 1 14/03/2008
The last charters of British and Irish tourists for 2007 winter season will arrive at Pamporovo resort on March 23 and April 1, Pamporovo ski school representatives said, as reported by Bulgarian news agency (BTA). Even if the snow cover does not last until then, the visitors will receive accommodation and will enjoy an alternative entertainment programme instead of skiing. They will be taken for walks and sightseeing tours around the region. Tourists have already booked their holiday in Pamporovo and the package includes insurance against lack of snow, BTA said. Equest To Invest 40 M Euro In Ancient Town Construction In Bulgarias Sozopol 12/03/2008
Immofinance, part of the UK investment fund Equest, has launched the construction of a resort village two km to the south of the coastal town of Sozopol. The company will invest 40 million euro in the project, called Sozopolis, 24 Chassa daily reported. Sozopolis will span nearly 90 000 sq m, but the gross build up area will be only 34 000 sq m. Low buildings, green areas and a 1500 sq m spa centre with mineral water pools will feature in the complex. The village would be replica of the old Sozopol, with 80 houses, 52 apartments, cobblestone roads, bazaar with cafй, shops and two restaurants, 24 Chassa said.
