The house is located in the Veilko Turnovo region in the middle of the country in an area which is hilly rather than mountainous. The village itself is 30 km away from Veliko Turnovo, 8 km away from. The village is thriving with 4 grocery shops, an extensively stocked hardware store, a couple of bars, a dentist, post office and working library. There is superfast fiber optic broadband available as well as excellent 4g signal throughout the village and at the house itself.
The house itself occupies an ideal place within the village. It’s one of the oldest houses in the village. It is south-facing. It lies at the edge of the village in a peaceful/quiet area offering stunning panoramic views from every room. The house is a few minutes’ walk from a small grocery shop and a bar.
The house is completely renovated and finished to an exceptional standard. The renovation has only just been finished and so it feels like a brand-new house. It has all uPVC windows and doors, top of the range AC, a modern-style fireplace which has never been used.
The house has two levels. The second floor is at ground level when entering from the street.
