Offered for sale is a house located in a village in western Bulgaria, included in the municipality of Breznik, Pernik region.
It is 5 km east from the town of Breznik and 20 km southeast from Pernik. The capital of Bulgaria - Sofia is at 49 km to the east. The village lies in a mountainous area with amazing views and fresh and clean air. There are lots of places to visit and to rest.
The house is on two floors with total living area of 120 sq m and a 700 sq m garden. The building consists of a kitchen, one room, basement and a bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor there are three rooms and a living room.
In the yard there are few additional old farm buildings some of which needs to be turned down and other can be used. The house is located in the center of the village on the main road to Sofia.
