The following property consists of two houses. A small house with area 60 sq m - renovated and ready to live. A large house of about 80 square meters - needs repair. The size of the yard is 1000 sq m.
The property is located only 30 km from the town of Kazanlak, 15 km north-west of the town of Pavel Banya, 63 km northwest of Stara Zagora and 168 km east of the capital Sofia.
The village is at an altitude of 496 meters, the population is about 1,500 inhabitants. There is regular bus transport to the village from Pavel Banya and Kazanlak.
The village is located between the Stara Planina and the Sredna Gora mountains. The weather is characterized with warm summer and a moderately cold winter. The average January temperature is minus 1 degree, and in July - about 22 degrees.
There is a river flowing through the village.
