The house is situated in a quiet village in northeastern Bulgaria. It is 12 km from the town of Dobrich, 70 km from the town of Varna and 35 km from the town of Balchik and the sea coast. The summer there is sunny and hot, and the winter - with heavy snowfall.
The village has a primary school, kindergarten, community center with library, agricultural airport, health center, town hall, post office, grocery stores, cafe, tavern, park, a football field. There is regular public transport to the town of Dobrich and the surrounding villages.
